The Grass Valley Hardware Building stretches from Mill Street to Church Street and encompasses approximately 7300 square feet. The Mill Street portion is occupied by Yuba Blue, while the Church Street entrance accesses the business / professional spaces. Our current tenants in the  business / professional spaces are Precision Simulations Inc. and Banner Mountain Creative. Occupying the “store front” space on Church Street is Classic Tattoo.
