The Grass Valley Hardware Building stretches from Mill Street to Church Street and encompasses approximately 7300 square feet. The Mill Street portion is occupied by Yuba Blue, while the Church Street entrance accesses the business / professional spaces. Our current tenants in the  business / professional spaces are Precision Simulations Inc., Banner Mountain Creative, Chamberlain Childbirth. Occupying the “store front” space on Church Street is Classic Tattoo.

Since its renovation the “Old Grass Valley Hardware Building” has become the place to locate for anyone wanting more than the stock office cube. We tend to attract the entrepreneurs who are looking for something different in their work environment. We also firmly believe in “hands on” landlord / tenant relationships.
